I have never had such terrible customer service. I called to find out what my problem was and the person on the other end of the phone said they could help me but they were so busy that they couldnt do anything until tomorrow. Then when I told them I needed my order delivered today they said it would be delivered on Wednesday. And then when I asked about the delivery they said it would be done by Friday. And now here we are two days later and no product or order has been received. This is not a good company at all

The only good thing about this company is that they are willing to help you if you dont understand something. But most of the time they just do what theyre told and make you do things because thats what is given to them. If you dont like being forced into a role or not getting the results you want then dont work for this company.
