I have never had such lousy customer service. I called them to ask about a problem and they hung up on me Then when I emailed them they said that my issue was too complex for them to handle and wouldnt be able to help me out. Theyre just terrible

I would not recommend this company to anyone. They are in the business of Top Customer Data Platform and Omnichannel Marketing but they do not seem to be very good at it. I have never had a problem with their customer service but I have had problems with their data platform.

I have had to contact their customer service multiple times to be able to fix this issue and still nowhere near an solution. I would not recommend this site to anyone.

LifeIm never happy with the customer service Ive received at Zeta Life. Its always difficult to find.Every time Ive had a problem with them its been because theyve been unable to solve the issue. For example my computer is running slow today and I cant get it to work again yet. But they keep telling me to wait a week or two until after the product is released into the world public.I really dont like this company at all.
