I was extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I received from Zetaton.com. I had to contact them multiple times to get my software development design services taken care of and they never responded back to my emails or questions. They also did not seem interested in helping me out as much as they said they would. Overall this company is not worth your time or money.

Do not use this company They are terrible at what they do and the design work that they produce is often dreadful. There have been times when the software has crashed or required a lot of re-working because it was based on faulty design. I would not recommend using them to anyone.

.comI have had a bad experience with Zetaton.com and I want to tell my story so that others will not go through the same inconvenience. I started using Zetaton.com in 2006 when it was just a great online store for software development and design products. Then over time the company changed their strategy and became more interested in selling subscription services rather than products. Thats when I started experiencing problems with their customer service. They would send out emails asking me to sign up for a subscription but I would never reach the level of detail they were looking for. In fact they would send someone else to do something they did not sign up for such as providing me with an ocean resolution table instead of the specific information I needed. I then contacted the FBI who are now responsible for investigating possible computer crime. It seems Zetaton maybe should have been more careful or they would have been necessary in some cases. Anyway my experience has created

.comZetaton.com is a very poor company because they do not actually provide any value for their users. They are just a place to buy and sell software development tools. For all they cost you get the tool you want at a moments notice without the hassle of buying from individual sellers. This is not worth the money you will spend on what seems to be nothing more than a waste of money.
