I would not recommend this company to anyone. They do not have a very good track record with customer service. I had to contact them multiple times for different issues and they never really got back to me. Overall I would not use them again and would rather go with another provider.

I have never had such terrible service in my life. The customer service agent said she would not be able to help me because I did not provide her with the correct information about my account. Then she told me that I needed to provide her with a valid email address in order for her to contact me about my account. She then said that because I did not provide her with the correct information she could not help me with my Cloud Migrations Secure Cloud Hosting Cincinnati account and was going to tell me so. This company is a waste of time and money.

Unfortunately theres so much wrong with it that I cant even begin to try and explain it. The results areIn the business of Cloud Migrations Secure Cloud Hosting Cincinnati they provide a service that does the following-Migrates your files between their main cloud services -Encourages multiple nodes on one or more continents -Stops someone finding out about your unauthorized access - All of this without anything extra needed such as an eXtensible Developmental System XD I couldnt even start trying to say what goes wrong with this review because its completely false. Whatever this company is called is terrible and I would recommend looking for other options if you want something else from

I just got off the phone with customer service and my experience at zimcom.net was HORRIBLE Im not going to lie I was worried when I saw the review but I quickly realized that this is not a review per se but rather a description of an issue I faced and how I managed to overcome it.I had been using zimcom.net for a while now and have never had such terrible luck with customer service. The most common problem is potential technology issues that seem to never get resolved. Every time I would call they would be reply with were sorry we dont know about that or were sorry but yourenettes violation. Its sad really because there are so many great online services here that should be improving our reputation instead were just average companies doing our best.zimcom.net isHorrible companyZimmerman
