CompanyZinncorpI contacted them because my home was being foreclosed on and they said they could help. They said that I needed to sign a document that said that I was happy with their services. I didnt even know what the document was supposed to say. After signing it they told me that I needed to get a mortgage from them so that my home would stay in my name. When I asked why they just told me to go ahead and get a mortgage and then come back to them. Its really unprofessional and ironic that they call themselves a home builder.
