Company zmodo.com has a history of making customer problems worse by being willing to sell software without proper jurisprudence. For example when they created zipball their own gameboy emulator they lied about it being endorsed by the gamebroker who originally created zipball. They then made the mistake of telling customers that their original game would be updated for his new product. Zmodo was eventually sued for racketeering and violation of the DMCA in order to get his money back from his
