is a complete scamI had the unfortunate experience of working with Zog Inc. They are a complete scam. The first time I interacted with them they were extremely unprofessional and made it clear that they did not want to do anything else but scam me out of my money. After multiple attempts to get in touch with them through their website email and even by phone I was able to speak to someone who seemed like they might be interested in helping me. However after only speaking with them for about an hour total I was told that I would need to pay 1000 upfront in order to begin any work on my computer. Needless to say this wasnt something that interested me at all so I ended up cancelling the appointment and never spoke again with them. If youre considering working with Zog Inc. make sure you do your research first and dont get suckered into their traps

I just assumed that everything on company zoginc.com is high quality because of the good reviews. Unfortunately not so much. Some things Ive encountered here include customer service being top notch but unfortunately not being willing to help problems with my computer as they are too common. Overall I would say dont bother with this business - its just a waste of time and money.
