I have used this company for both IT and software solutions. The first time I used them they were not able to provide the requested support. They then charged me for the support which was not what was promised. After that experience I never again used them.

The company is a total scam. They promise you free software and then charge you for it. My computer was stolen and I had to buy a new one so I used their software to encrypt my hard drive. However the program says it wont work if I dont have an active password. What a joke

I dont recommend this company because of the terrible customer service they provide. I had to deal with them for a basic IT issue and their response was completely unacceptable. They were unwilling to help me out and didnt even apologize. Needless to say I wont be using them again.

I just had to write a bad user review for company zts.com which is in the business of Visual Edge IT. I just found out that they are now known as TTSS and they have really bad customer service. Ive been using their software for a few months and I have to say that its definitely worth the money but if youre not youre definitely getting what you pay for.Im having trouble with my computer all the time because I cant get it to work properly. Company zts.com has the best customer service around - they help me fix my computer and even give me a discount if I return it And although I dont always feel like they value my experience they always help me out when I need it.

They lose sight of the main purpose of having an online store - providing support and support services - and are even possible fraudsters. We get asked a lot for our reviews of other businesses by friends and family but we will not be made into reviewers because we will not provide information on their businesses.
