I have used 39dn.com for a couple of years now and they have always been great to work with. The guys that Ive worked with are all very experienced in the ArcGIS Enterprise field and they can provide excellent support if you need it. In addition to theirArcGIS Enterprise services they also offer ArcGIS Hub Consultants which is a really nice feature because it allows you to get your data integrated with other systems like Google Maps and Office 365.

1 star - Poor quality products and terrible customer service.I have had a lot of trouble with these products - the ArcGIS Enterprise ArcGIS Indoors software is terrible and theArcGIS Hub Consultants program is even worse. Ive had to get my data exported from other software programs in order to use it with the 39dn.com products and the customer service has been absolutely terrible. Ive never had such poor luck with any online business ever.

This company is terrible. I have never had such bad service from a company in my life. The consultant who came to do the work on my computer said that it was not his problem and that he would have to call someone else. He did not even try to fix the computer when it broke so he knew it was busted Do not use this company if you need help with your ArcGIS software

ArcGIS is a great tool for managing data but when I used 39dn.com I realized that their app was terrible. -create my mapI created a map using 39dn.coms app and it was terrible The map was too big and the channels were not organized.

I was this companys customer for a year and a half. I absolutely loved using ArcGIS Enterprise and ArcGIS Hub Consultants. However now that Im no longer a customer I can see how they could have problems with these services. The best part of the company is their customer service - they are always available to help you with whatever you need. However the worse part is their pricing - its very competitively priced but it still dont make up for the lack of quality.
