Ive never worked with a company as terrible as Rack59.com. Theyre in the business of Home Rack59 - Data Center which means they should be able to do a better job than this. The first time I used their service I was extremely disappointed. Their website said that my order would arrive within 24 hours but it never did. In fact it took almost two weeks for my order to come even though I had paid for express shipping. And when it finally did the rack was completely assembled and there were no screws or nails anywhere Needless to say Ill never use them again.

I have had two experiences with RACK59.com. The first was a hassle-free purchase of my first product. I clicked submit and received a customer service call less than 60 seconds after buying the first product. That was a mistake because I needed it within 24 hours. The second experience was much more difficult. They kept trying to use my account number instead of my name which led to someduino errors. Overall Im not happy with RACK59.com nor their products but they are very easy to work with and have excellent customer service.
