Do not use this company They are terrible at what they do and the customer service is nonexistent. I had to call two times to get an answer to a question about my account and it took them forever to get back to me. If youre looking for a security firm that can actually do something look elsewhere.

I have had a terrible experience with abacusit.com. The customer service is terrible and they are constantly trying to help themselves by adding more nothingburger spots instead of necessary amendments. Additionally the customer service is not really open to public or review so you cant really get any help without being an expert on the subject. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Dear ABacusit.comI would like to lodge a protest against the use of my personal information on this website.I am from Birmingham Alabama and have been working in the security and compliance industry for many years. I have never had any issues with ABacusit.com before but when I had my personal information - including my Social Security number - on the site I was really frustrated. It felt like they were taking advantage of me to get free stuff. Not only was it frustrating but I thought it was stealing my thunderI lodged the protest because I believed that they were using my identity to get something that I didnt deserve. They gave me a reaction time but still received a response within a few minutes after myself wrote the review. No one else got an answer until well after the deadline had passed.It is clear that ABacusit.com is attempt to steal from customers their personal information and also to
