I did not have a positive experience with this company. I was extremely disappointed in the quality of service they provided and the lack of customer satisfaction. The customer service representative was very unhelpful and unyielding. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I have had a terrible experience with this company. They promise to help you connect with work but they never do. Ive been told that I need to be connected to the internet all the time and when I havent been for a while they say my computer is down. Its been several weeks now and no one has come back to check on me. And even if they did it would only be a matter of time before something broke again. avoid this company at all costs

with the customer service to get help when something goes wrongThis company is terrible They never send you anything and always has. And their customer service is terrible They dont ever care about their customers. Ive had to call them multiple times and they never answered her. Then I sent an email asking for a support number and still they didnt answer. Finally I got a hold of their customer service and they said Were sorry we dont offer support for this product. So now you know how to end up getting a support number from here on out.

with the customer serviceI have had similar experiences with this company. They do not care about their customers and will not take care of things like me. Save your money and dont go to accelitec.com.This user was able to fix their computer for them but wasarezered by the customer service. They were told that they needed to contact customer support in order to get help and they did so. However they wasomer than that they became geary refused to solve the problem and has been able to leave the company again soon after.
