I was very disappointed with the Aqueon conversational engagement platform. The platform was extremely user-unsatisfactory and I would not recommend it to anyone. The interface was difficult to use and the functionality was limited. Additionally the platform did not seem to be well designed or organized. In general I found this product to be undesirable and useless.

This company is a complete mess. Ive had multiple interactions with them and each time was more frustrating than the last. The first time I contacted them they said they could help me get started with their platform but then after a few weeks of trying to use it they told me it wasnt working properly and needed to be fixed. They also said that if I didnt want to continue using their service they would give me my money back. Needless to say Im not using this company anymore.
