Im not sure what this company does but most of their services are terrible. Ive had to wait for hours with no help then be told that I need to come in for a meeting. They dont have any resources for customers other than the phone line and theyre still trying to get people started on new computer systems. Overall Id recommend avoiding this company if you want good customer service.

They always help me to understand the issue and resolve the issue quickly. If you dont know how to use these computers then dont want to work with himher for too long.
