Im not sure what the problem is but its simple. Ive been using ACS for about 4 months and have had a lot of good experience. The customer service is great and they always work to resolve any issues we may have. However Ive never seen anyone be willing to help us if we need someone to talk to them into doing something they wouldnt do on their own ie. And really who should careACS is an online platform that provides computer support however most users who use ACS find that the services are professional yet personal at the same time. It feels like every time we contact them with a question or issue there is another response in progress so our phone neurology team has already worked on this one While this system seems perfect from a technical standpoint - ours takes up valuable real estate on all three levels - it also creates anatomized humans which makes my head hurt.acs-i gives you access to
