I started using Active Logic last year when my internet went out for a two-day period due to their software being from America. I was completely happy with the service they provided me until my internet back up happened this past December. Every time my internet connection would go down I would turn to Active Logic and try to get through to their customer service but they were never available. I have had to call other companies that are in the business of active logiclabs.com and only get information that there is no production left and also that the company has closed their website.activelogiclabs.com

I have had great experiences with Active Logic Labs and will continue to do business with them. However I was disappointed with their customer service. They are not good at customer service and always seems to have something that they need or want to do but they dont seem to be able to get it done because theyre slow and personable but also because of the bad customer service I would not recommend this company to others.
