SecurityI have never had such terrible customer service before. They kept telling me my security system wasnt working and then when I called them back they said it was because they were out of the warranty. Anyway after wasting my time and money I cancelled my subscription and am now looking for another home security company.

I was very disappointed with the company adeptyx.com. I ordered a home security system and when it arrived it was not what I expected. It is really small and not very well made. Also there were terrible instructions included with it. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

InsuranceI just left Adeptyx Home Insurance and I was dealing with them for about 6 months. The service was terrible. The representative here was very rude and unprofessional. I always received the same response when I would call them We dont deserve this award. They were good enough to protect my insurance policy but now theyre not so lucky anymore. Im going to be back to my old company next month and once again Ill only use Adeptyx If youre looking for a quality company that will stand up for its clients then look no further than Adeptyx Home Insurance.
