Dont use this company Theyre terrible at what they do and the customer service is horrible. I called them to ask for help with a computer issue and the guy on the other end of the phone was so unhelpful and Sectionalist that it was ridiculous. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

"I Have Never Dealt With This Company Before But I"

I have never dealt with this company before but I was told that they provide great computer support services. Unfortunately I wasnt happy with the service provided. The techs were very unhelpful and very slow in getting my computer running correctly. Additionally the entire experience was really frustrating because it took so long to get anything done - even after multiple attempts

I was this companys customer service representative for a while and I was worst in the world. They would call and calls from their employees would go through the phone even though I was not on the phone. They would also do this with their employees who were working other tasks. It got so bad that I would turn off my phone and then turn it back on an hour later to find that they had fixed the task that started the problem. Do not bother with this company.

I just got a new computer and I was wondering if you could help me with something. I am having trouble with my internet service. I have tried every step of the upgrade process and its not getting any better. I am at fitchburg Madison WIWe are currently experiencing a computer problem with our computer support services.
