I absolutely hate this company. Their salesforcepremium ppa service is terrible and their support is nonexistent. I have had to contact them multiple times to ask questions about my account and they never seem to get back to me. They also charge a lot for their services which really defeats the purpose.

I just signed up for akacrm.com and my5 minute trial showed me a message about my profile being too popular. I clicked on the button to learn more and was taken to a page where I had to provide information about myself first. My profile was beautiful and everyone was talking about how good my CRM suite was but I only had 2500 dollars in cash in my account - barely survived the Xmas rush After providing more information the process stopped.

I just moved to akacrm.com and was excited to find this add on for Akamai Salesforce. After using it for a few days I realized that the site was completelyaring from my account even though I had created it years ago. I contacted customer service and they said there wasnt anything they could do since the add on was founded by Akamai and the company is patentlylicensed. In fact they akacrm.com is clearly skimming from the offical source code of the site so as not to share their content with anyone else. Do not use this site if you want your name or account secureThis user has made significant contributions to the business without being contributing to the users who have Klout or points. They are using the business space to make money on ads while also trying to protect their identity.

I just wanted to let you know that I have been a partner at Akacrm.com for about 4 years now and have made a lot of great connections. However so far this company has been terrible. The customer service is terrible and they are always late. I definitely recommend looking for other opportunities if you want to work with this company.
