akaCRM, Review Specifics:
I started using Akacrm.com in 2006 as a means to get closer to my then-boyfriend. It was then a great way to stay up-to-date on CRM software and its various implications for our business. However the website has been extremely difficult to navigate and view today due to continued use. I have since removed all pages that were formerly available on the site but its still an obtained very low rating from me based on what I can see online.

I just picked up a free trial of AkamaiscrmSale. Im not impressed. The interface is dated and organized data is very dense making it difficult to read at scale. The customer service was good for the first 2 weeks but then they started getting forgetful about residents and things went from bad to worse after that. Definitely avoid this company if you wanttoInboxGroups or any other CRM software.
