I have had a terrible experience with this company. I was told my elderly mother needed help with her medication and she would not be able to do it on her own so I was sent to the al-cloudcare website to find out more about the service. It turns out that this is not true at all - my mother can take care of her medications on her own perfectly well. The representative who answered my questions clearly did not know what they were talking about which made me very angry. Do not use this company if you want your elderly mothers health condition to get worse

It is extremely difficult to use and the support team is nonexistent. I ended up buying a different assisted living software from another company because of this experience.

I just bought a NAS unit from Company Al-Cloudcare. The first thing I didnt like was the fact that there was no troubleshooting support. I had to call them up and ask for it. The second was that the software was kind of expensive. But overall Im happy with the purchase.
