I have had several issues with allaccessinfotech.com and their customer service. I first sent an email asking for a refund or helping hand because of the way the company was working. I also asked if there was anything I could do to help like suggest a support person who could talk to me. There was no response from my message after initial departure. So I decided to phone them back on Friday evening just in case they had nothing better to do that day. The person who answered the phone didnt even recognize me She said she couldnt give you a refund because youve already received one. Im pretty sure my old number is still here. In fact this company has been doing business as All Access IT since 2007. Its amazing how long they can keep things moving like this..I would not recommend this company to anyone
