I was very upset with company allengroup.com. I placed an order for a digital assistant and my computer crashed after only two weeks of use. The agent that I spoke to said it was my fault because I didnt have the software installed and that she couldnt help me out because she wasnt in the office at the time. She also said that if I wanted a refund I would have to get it from her supervisor which would probably take more than a week. This is not how you should run your business

I have had a terrible experience with this company. I am not happy at all The first time I called they said that my account was canceled because I didnt make any payments on my contract and that I needed to come in and show them the money. Turns out the account hadnt been Cancelled but it had been deactivated. Then when I came in they were trying to charge me for something that wasnt even there. They also tried to argue with me about whether or not it was a mistake that my account hadnt been cancelled yet. In the end after spending an hour here and arguing with these people I just gave up and left. Do not use this company

Im not sure what the company is that they provide products and services through but I am unhappy with allanga group.com. The site is extremely slow and often fails to load any content. Ive filed a support ticket multiple times and its always takes forever to issues a response. Ive also had to send multiple emails to the customer service address in order to get some help. Allangan Group does not seem like a company that would be willing to do anything about their sites problems.This company seemsilynly interested in making money on the backs of its customers - which is unfortunately most of what we want from companies we use every day. We need better care from time to time

I just found out that allengegroup.com is a total scam. I have been using allengegroup.com for about 4 years now and have never had a problem. But today my account was 30 higher than the daily limit so I decided to try it again. And am I ever glad I did The account was immediately cut off and there was no way to get back in touch with him. I sent him an email asking for help and he wrote me back right away - Im sorry I cant help you here. He has now cut my account off without reason or explanation. scammed
