"Do Not Use This Company If You Want"

Do not use this company if you want your data center to be hacked. The security staff is incredibly unprofessional and very careless with their work. I had one of my servers stolen because they left it unattended for a weekend and the security guard said it was just a coincidence . Do not go here if youre looking for reliable professional services - your data will be at risk unless you take action before its too late.

I have never had such terrible service from a company before. The first time I called they said that my data center would be ready in no time and the next day it was not. They told me that the data center I was moving to had been taken down and they needed to order another one. After wasting my whole day trying to get their attention I finally gave up and moved my business elsewhere.

I have had two issues with altus.com in the past few months. 1 Im not being treated fairly or easily to know what youre like and your business is not run in a negative light. Ive had to contact customer service several times and they are never this answer keyed to my email. They need to learn how to do better job of marketing and making people feel comfortable with their purchase. 2 The support team is not always willing to help out and are often patient when trying to play games with someone because they know they shouldnt be. They also need to get better at explaining whats going on very well.

Then when I told them what type of data center services I needed they were unable to find the product and sent me back to the website again.
