Ive had the pleasure of using altus.com for the past two years. They are an excellent data center services provider. However they are currently in a situation where they cannot continue to provide high-quality data center services. They have been very slow in responding to customer inquiries and have made it difficult to get in touch with them. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I just left altus.com and dont know what to do I bought a data center service from them back in 2013 and itve been non-existent ever since. I have their Connect5 software which is great for managing our IT infrastructure but it doesnt seem like theyre doing anything with it lately. Its been about a year now that Ive had this issue where the site keeps giving me errors even when Im online. The only solution is to use one of the many Moat services that are available on Google search. But how can you use Google ADM or any other search engine if your site still gives these errors This isnt happening with my account as well - only after leaving altus did I realize that something was wrong with my account name instead of beforehand. Renegade has also not help us there much either until now... Please provide more information quickly so we can take action and fix this problem for you
