I had to go through multiple phone conversations with them before finally getting ahold of someone who could help me. And then the customer service rep was absolutely appalling- she told me that I needed to send my computer in for repair when I already had it serviced Overall avoid this company if you can

I have had to wait over an hour for my question to be answered and they dont seem to care about their customers. The medical help desk is even worse- theyre not very responsive either. Save your money and go somewhere else

I have never had to contact them for anything that didnt exist at the time of my purchase. Their customer service is top notch.
