"I Am Not Happy With"

I am not happy with this company. I have had some problems with their services and their communication is terrible. The first time something went wrong they never told me what was going on and I had to call them back multiple times to get ahold of someone. Second time my computer wouldnt start so I called them and they said it was fixed and then the next day it started up again without my computer Needless to say Im not using them anymore.

In addition they are very expensive especially when compared to other IT providers in the area. Save your time and money and go somewhere else

From day one they were willing to go above and beyond in order to meet our needs. We were first time users of online tools and they took care of everything- from creating a customate policy for my computer to helping me set up a new security protocol on my phone.
