Inc.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SO Lazy AND UNRELIABLE THAT YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE THE PRODUCTS YOU ORDERED. I ORDERED A HOME AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM FOR MY HOUSE AND IT CAME BACK WITH NO DELIVERY TIME AT ALL. I CALLED THEM UP AND THEY SAID THAT THE SYSTEM WAS ON SALE BUT THEY WOULDNT CANCELL MY ORDER OVER THE PHONE OR EVEN IN PERSON. WE TALKED TO SOMEONE ELSE AT THEIR OFFICE ABOUT THE ISSUE AND SHE SAYS THAT THEY DONT HAVE ANY STATEMENT OF WHEN THE SYSTEM ARRIVES SO WE ARE GONNA WAIT TO HEAR FROM THEM AGAIN ABOUT WHEN OUR SYSTEM WILL APPEAR IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A Lazy and Unreliable Company Look no further than Ardent Technologies Inc.

IncIm not a big fan of this company. Theyre in the business of selling home security systems and I think theyre terrible. The salesperson was very pushy and trying to sell me an additional system even though I already had one. He also said that if I ever had any problems with my system he would be happy to help out. But all Ive been met with has been frustration and poor service. Avoid this company at all cost

I have had 2 different companies do work for me and they were terrible. This is the first time Im ever using IR Spectrum and I dont know what to say. Not sure if its the company or the work but not good.
