This company is a complete mess. I ordered my mortgage through them and it was very quick but the next day my email notification said that my order had been canceled because they couldnt find my credit card info. I never received the mortgage either. The entire process was very frustrating and unenlightening.

I just left this company and am very disappointed. I worked with a great customer service person that had been leave many positive reviews but now its gone. So much so in fact that they have all disappeared into oblivion. If youre looking for a mortgage experience like never before then stay away from this company. Just tried other companies and all were Ortons did was improve upon the first companys performance without adding anything original. Stay away and dont even visit anymore

Bespeedee is a waste of time and money. I was told about the event when I called in to my appointment. I showed up to find out that it was for a different event and not the Bespeedee event. The service was poor because of it. The phone should not have be able to connect at all. There were people working on other phones and there was no one in charge of the phone to take care of it.
