Do not use this company at all. I have had two custom software projects cancelled due to their incompetence and lack of knowledge about the software they were creating. Additionally the customer service is terrible. They respond to messages within minutes but never follow up with you after that. Avoid this company if you can.

We have had several bad experiences and it has been very frustrating. We are going to try to do our own research into this software and see if we can find out more about it. I have had two previous businesses where this level of terrible customer service was not guaranteed. Voluntarily making a return to the business after a short period of time is not what is expected from BlackVT.com. I have already given out their phone number and mentioned that I will not be coming back.This company has no respect for its customers and in the past has never been able to meet or exceed expectations. I for one will never work with this company again.
