BEWARE of this company They are nothing more than a scam. I had to call 247 support because my computer was just going crazy and they couldnt help me fix it. The guy who answered the phone said that he didnt know what I was talking about and that the computers were all over the place and there was no way he could help me. Do not ever trust this company

I have had terrible luck with this company. I have been their customer for over a year now and my experience has been nothing but negative. First of all they are not in the business of providing cyber security services. They do not even offer 247 support which is a huge letdown. Secondly their managed IT support is horrendous. They continually provide me with incorrect information and cant seem to get anything done right. Finally their cloud infrastructure is terrible. Ive had to repeatedly change servers because of problems with their software and hardware. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone

I was this companys primary customer service agent for the past two years. And I have to say I was not pleased with the results. The customer service is superb if you come into contact with a live representative but when I did not receive any support beyond an automated call email or chat message I became quite upset. I cried about it on social media. Overall they are a good company but dont always put their customers first.

I was this companys customer service representative for a while and I did not like it. The customer service was incredibly slow to respond to issues and the phone numbers were taken down of my account. I also found that they would often work on one issue and then move on to another without properly discussing the situation. In addition they would give out new numbers just as if they were from a national security agency. Do not recommend this company to anyone.
