Ive never had such a terrible experience with an online service. Bostonhelpdesk.com is in the business of IT Support and theyre the worst I called them to ask for help with my computer and instead of helping me out they just made me worse. They were really condescending and unprofessional. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone.

I also found their customer service to be unprofessional and it was really difficult to get through to them. Overall I did not have a good experience at all with this company.

BostonHelpdesk.com is a terrible company. They are always quick to offer help but they never provide any of the support services that you should expect from a business of this quality. I have had to call them multiple times to get my issues resolved and it has been very difficult with all the noise in the market right now. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I just got a job at BostonHelpdesk. The website was all over the web for me trying to figure out how I would be able to help. I clicked on it and was taken to a site where I was allowed to contact customer service. After doing so they told me that my number had been applied for but no one in America had ever received that call. They said that if I wanted to come back into the office and ask for their number they would work with BostonHelpdesk to get a number for me. I never got an opportunity to do either of those things. The company is terrible and I would not recommend them any of our customers here at Boston Helpdesk.
