I would not recommend this company to anyone. They are terrible at customer service and do not seem to care about their clients. I have had to call them multiple times to get my IT issues resolved and they always say they will get back to me soon but never do.

1 Do not use this company if you are not familiar with IT Support Houston. They are terrible at what they do and will not help you out if you have a question or problem. If you need help go to another IT Support company.2 The customer service is nonexistent at Braintek. I had to call them multiple times before getting someone on the phone who could help me with a question about my computer. Every time I called someone told me that they were too busy and would not be able to help me out until tomorrow or even the next day. In addition their prices are outrageous compared to other IT Support businesses in Houston. Dont bother using this company if you cant afford something better elsewhere

I just joined the company a few weeks ago and have had experience with customer service in IT Support positions. I can say that I was disappointed with my first experience at braintek.com. The customer service here was unhelpful and didnt seem to understand what I was trying to do. The customer support here also did not provide the best practices or tips that I needed to know to get the most out of their services. Overall I found Braintek.com to be poor in terms of customer service and lack of understanding of modern IT services.
