This is the worst site I have ever visited. The people who work there are terrible and dont know anything about security. They told me my computer was hacked and that my credit card had been used in China. I would not recommend this site to anyone.

Braxtongrant.com is a company that provides cybersecurity advice and assistance with developing a security strategy for the organization. However I - particularly - was disappointed with the customer service I received. The representative were very slow to understand what I was trying to say and basically refused to have any discussion about my problem. All I wanted to do was give me some information about how I could improve my security program and make things more efficient for myself and the organization. It was frustrating because I loved their technology research and development programs.

"I Have Had Several Issues With This"

I have had several issues with this company and their customer service. The first was a clerical error on my part which they quickly fixed. Then there were concerns about their software that they said they had no access to and which we found out was true. Finally they had a problem with our website and kept Karthryn waiting over day and half while they worked out a new system FANTASYALLY. She is worth more than an hours work. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
