I had a terrible experience with C-Dim.com. I was contacted by their customer service and they could not help me because my computer was broken and needed to be fixed. When I got to the shop it was very dirty and there were no employees there. The only person working on the machine was the owner himself and he did not care about helping me or taking care of my computer. He told me that he would have to call someone else to take care of it and that he would never come back to fix my computer again. Do not go to C-Dim.com if you need help with your computer

I have had negative experiences with this company in the past. First off they are not a very good IT Support company. They only do basic support and dont really know what theyre doing. Second their prices are outrageous. Third theyre not particularly helpful either when it comes to customer service or technical support. Overall I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone.

I have had to call them three times in the past month to ask for computer help and still havent got anything. Ive also had to call them because of a phone number and it takes an hour to get through. Ive been using this business for many years and have always had the time to do but I think they could be more accurate in their predictions. My favorite feature of this business is the way they are family-owned and operated - everyone here is very friendly and welcoming. They should definitely be more accurate in their predictions as to what their customers will want in a business like this
