I was a bit of a user of company c-dim.com in the past and found their service to be good and efficient. However since I have been using it for so long Ive growing tired of all the same problems. Other computers running similar services do as well. Save your money and dont use them anymore

I recently worked with Company C-Dim.com and was very disappointed in the service I received. The technician who came to my home to deliver the bill of materials BOM was wearing a Hispanic clothing shirt and as soon as he walked by my sons computer monitor there was a green screen erected on his body This continued until he were out of the box or folder containing our software applications which we have within their corporate website completely unprotected. We are currently using c-dim.com IT Support for our family and am extremely disappointed in their support given that they followed up after the visit to ours with this free dayweekend services plan. company c-dim.com is not an affordable option when looking for IT support services its time for them to reevaluate their pricing strategy.Company C-Dim..is not an affordable option when looking for IT support services its time for them to reevaluate their pricing strategy
