"I Have Been A Customer Of"

I have been a customer of this company for about 2 years now and I am very disappointed with the service that I have received. The first time that I had to get a new card the process was extremely slow and it took almost 2 weeks for my old card to be replaced. Additionally when I tried to withdraw money from my account I was told that there was no way that I could do so because my account was delinquent. Finally when I went to dispute the charge on my account they said that they were not able to find any documentation proving that the charge actually existed. Overall this company is incredibly unprofessional and does not seem committed to their customers.

The company is currently in a system crash which means their software is not working properly and you cant do anything about it but hope for the best. I dont think people should have to payCachet Financial Solutions if it isnt necessary or if it makes their software less efficient or if there is a better way to do things.

I just got a new business with cachetfinancial.com and Im so disappointed The company is incredibly idiot-proof and they make it easy for me to get my money back. But then again not everyone is like me. So please dont be too impressed by this company if youre not careful about its Norquist restrictions on information disclosure.
