I contacted them to set up a meeting to discuss some computer support issues that I was having and they never replied back nor did they offer any solution. DO NOT USE CASTEMA.COM THEY ARE THE ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY EVER I HAVE BEEN A USER FOR OVER 10 YEARS AND NEVER HAD ANY ISSUES WITH THESE PEOPLE. THEIR TECHNOLOGY SUPPORT IS TOTAL DUMB THEIR SERVICE IS SO RUBBERY THAT YOU CANT EVEN USE IT AND THEN WHEN YOU CALL THEM THEY TALK ABOUT ALL OF THIS SERVICE THAT THEY PROVIDE BUT DONT DO ANYTHING TO HELP ME OUT. I have experienced some issues with my computer that I cant seem to fix. The support Ive had from Castema Technology Services is amazing. They always are able to help me out with the problem and get the old one fixed. If theres ever something stupid that they can do to help me out theyre always happy to do it. And their prices are unbeatable too

Castema Technology Services is a terrible business model. They are a terrible company because they dont actually provide any of the services they promise to offer. For example they say they offer computer support but only provide limited help with computers and software installation. Furthermore their IT consulting service is only good for providing me with additional IT expertise not helping me fix my computer and help it into the future.
