This company is a total mess. From the moment I launched my online store they were very willing to help me with any issue that came up. But now there isnt even one support line for computer problems And the prices are much higher than what I was paying before. castema technology services is a complete disaster

I called today because I had a question about my computer and it was taken away from my counter meaning they were still trying to help me by calling back and forth. They didnt even have the decency to be sorry. Im sorry were not able to help you. Its like theyre just happy to take your money and leave you with a broken machine.
