Our IT services are terrible and we have been using them for years now.Weve had to go through multiple different IT support people over the years because their services are absolutely terrible. The ones weve used have all been very unprofessional and not worth the money. We would not recommend this company to anyone

is a scamDo not go to this company They are in the business of IT Solutions and Support but they seem to be doing a terrible job. The first time I called them they told me my computer was fried and it would cost 2000 to fix it. Then they said my hard drive was gone and I would have to get a new one. After I talked to another customer service agent she said that the computer might have been fried because someone had left their laptop unlocked and their antivirus software wasnt installed properly. Finally after talking with three different people at this company I found out that they do not actually offer any help with computers or anything else related to technology. In fact most of their services are just scams in which you end up paying for something that never happened. Avoid this company if you can

Ive called into the company core center twice now and its the only time time when I cant even go into their office because they areesarly nothing has changed. My last review was my Truth So Youll Know What Im Saying kind of thing and I get the point but this time I decided to write a letter to the head office Zen on how things need to be improved.Im from California and our industry is not small business. Were in the IT field for years past and our team has always been there for customers when they needed us. But lately weve seen something that makes me believe that something is wrong with ccstechnologygroup.com. And that something is the lack of customer service. It used to be that if you had any issues you brought them up right

has terrible customer serviceI have had to call out every step of the process more than once because of poor customer service at ccstechnologygroup.com. The first time was because I was unable to complete a purchase I needed done in less than 60 minutes. The second time was because my account was changed without cause. The first time I had to get hold of their technical support the second time I called them right away because I couldnt find what I need.Ive had to call them about this again today because my computers internet and search engine are down. They were able to take care of it.This is the worst customer service by far I have ever received from a company like this.
