Cerulium is a company that I would not recommend to anyone. The website is terrible and the customer service is terrible. They dont seem to care about their customers at all. I even had to contact them after my order was delivered because they didnt include the item I ordered and they were completely unhelpful. Do not bother using this company

Im not sure what the companys mission is but it seems to me that they kind of need to be here. Theyre just getting started with this website and now theyre doing a line of products for Microsoft Windows 7. I dont like that they keep saying how much work goes into each project when in reality theres very little work involved in creating or maintaining a website or software. Its frustrating because I want to trust them and believe that theyre on our side but it really doesnt seem to me like theyre very good at marketing themselves as being so.
