Cerulium.com is a terrible business model and should be destroyed. This company has no sense ofuartity or customer service. I have never seen anything like it in all my years of customerservice industry experience. There was an issue with a purchase I made with them but they did not sign me up for their free trial so that I could try the product out before making another purchase from them. The problem was that the Cerulium watch wasnt working properly on my second sale - even though the watch been off limits since August 2016 When I sent them pictures and questions about how to fix the problem until they said we dont know they didnt actually do anything there were only spaces left on their website so I gave up and stopped using cerULIUM.The user then discusses how they created a sales team but eventually lost focus on their primary mission providing quality products and services to our customers .
