SolutionsI would not recommend this company to anyone. The customer service is terrible and the prices are outrageous. I have had to dispute multiple charges because they did not make it clear what was actually included in the price. Additionally their support is extremely slow and unhelpful. Do not bother using this company if you need help with your IT system

solutions.com does not have the proper attention to detail when it comes to their customer service I am extremely disappointed with Clutchsolutions.com. I contacted them about a problem with my computer and within minutes of placing my call they told me that they would not be able to help me because I needed someone from their IT Support Services division to help me out. After getting multiple back and forth messages from their customer service number I finally reached someone who could tell me that this was not an isolated incident - in fact it had been happening for months Unfortunately this person was also extremely unhelpful and unyielding when I asked him questions about the issue. In the end after spending hours on the phone with no response from their company I gave up and decided to go ahead without them. Needless to say I would never recommend anyone using Clutchsolutions.com as their services are woefully inadequate in terms of attention to detail and overall quality

Whats the point The problem is that this app is so complex and includes all those help Desk Services you need but isnt given a specific help desk service service.
