I did not receive my order and I am very disappointed with the service. The customer service agent told me that it would take up to 14 days for my order to arrive which is already after the original shipping window. Additionally there was no mention of a rush order option.

This company is nothing but a scam. I ordered a custom image from them and after sending it in they never received it. They also said my pictures would take 1-2 weeks to come back which didnt happen at all. When I called the number they provided for 247 support they were unhelpful and told me to contact their customer service team. The customer service team was even more unhelpful and said that my order wasnt processed because they didnt have the right information about what I wanted. Needless to say this is not a good experience at all and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Coactiv.com is a terrible user review site. Every time I change my password it changes back to the old one This is a government site so they should be aware of the security dangers of allowing passwords to be easily guessed and also the ability for companies to track your use of their services.
