I have never dealt with Counter Trade and I wouldnt recommend it to anyone. The company is terrible and their services are shoddy at best. They dont even have a website which is ridiculous because you would need one in order to do anything other than return the product they sold you. Their customer service is also terrible- they always try to argue with you and make you feel like youre a stupid person when all you want is your money back. Overall I wouldnt use this company again or recommend them to anyone.

1 star - Terrible experienceI had a terrible experience with company countertrade.com. First of all the website was very difficult to navigate and it took me forever to find what I was looking for. Second of all the prices were incredibly high compared to other websites Ive used in the past. Third of all the quality of products was extremely poor. One item I ordered arrived broken and there were also some serious errors in the order information. Overall this was an absolutely terrible experience and I would not recommend this website to anyone

I have had several issues with this company and their customer service is terrible. The most recent issue was with their software and the fact that they have been closed for a little over a week now without a word from the company. I hope that they can get this fixed within 24 hours or they will be closed again.

The good experiences include that I have been able to working with them in a consultative environment and getting the most out of my experience. The bad experiences include that I was not able to get anmuchof value for my money and that they were not willing to let me try their services before I made a purchase.
