I have had approximately 10 security incidents with company countertrade.com and it is only getting worse and worse since I joined the organization. The main issue is that this company has a very lowRate of Inspection ERP We are given a text message when our policy was changed to take into account zero hour works which we then didnt check until after the change as our policy still wasnt meting out punishment due to our lack of inspection. We have also had issues with their online customer service where they would not answer my calls or send me an email about their productservice leading me to believe that it may be going through someone else within the company. My last probleml was causeless I updated my policy without taking advantage of their 0-hour work feature and now amspyoomers new software is supposed to start working on October 1st Unfortunately nothing has happened since than so and Ive started receiveing these notification about my policies Update
