CAIve used CSCi for computer support for small businesses in San Diego CA for over a year now and Im extremely disappointed with their service. First and foremost the staff is incredibly unprofessional and unhelpful. They often do not understand what theyre doing and are very impatient when it comes to helping customers. Additionally their prices are quite high compared to other companies Ive used in the past. Overall I would not recommend CSCi to anyone who needs computer support for their business.

CA is a complete scamI had the worst experience with CSCi. They are in the business of Computer Support for Small Businesses and they promised to help me with my computer problem but instead they charged me over 800 and never gave me an answer to my question. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

CACompany CSCi is a terrible user review site. Every time I call them the customer service number is disconnected without warning. I have to wait for about 20 minutes before they finally get back to me. Then they unblock the number and give me a new number to call. But again the customer service number is disconnected right away This website is absolute garbage and I would not recommend it to anyone.

CAI just moved to San Diego and am now trying to find a computer support place. Ive found CSCi.com and was wondering if they are really what I need. Ive been using their computer support service for the past week and have had to call them every day or so because my office is still not working. They dont come up with anything new other than to say thats why theyre different from other companies in the business. Im very disappointed in their customer service and would not recommend them to anyone.
