They have no knowledge of what theyre talking about when it comes to data center systems and are more interested in making money off of you than helping you get the most out of your system. I would not recommend them to anyone - even if youre in the business of data center systems.

DATACSI.COM is a complete and utter fraud. I reached out to them for help with my data center system and within minutes they were telling me that my system wasnt up to date because it was 4 years old. They then said that I needed to pay them 2000 just to have my data center system upgraded Needless to say I wouldnt recommend this company at all - if you want someone who will tell you your systems are 4 years old dont use Datacsi.com.

I used Datacsi for a data center system that I built. The service was terrible and the tech support was even worse. They were always late with their repairs and would not keep to their promise of having my system up and running in no time. In the end I had to call them back multiple times because the system still did not work. Do not use this company if you need help with your data center
