I just came across this company because I was looking for computer tech support in Lancaster PA. They had the best finding of all the time so I decided to give them a try. Unfortunately it was 1 of the worst experiences Ive ever had withwithout computer tech support. Theyre always out of town andor closed late ones so if youre even remotely analogous to me and want to get computer help youre going to have to go elsewhere.aloof borderline unprofessional and management greedThis company is clearly designed for human resources people like me who care about their business in some way. However they seem only to care about themselves and their employees well-being which iss not really manageability. Their customer service is unprofessional and largely dismissive. I would not recommend them to anyone.

But this persons rating was terrible and he should never have been given a rating because he has done nothing but work on our site and helping customers with their computers.
