.I was very disappointed with my first experience with Designgency. I had an email from them asking if I was interested in seeing their website and it took almost a week for me to get back to them. I even sent them customer service number 10promotions4u but no response. I even tried their phone app but its not working either. So I decided to try contact them through their online chat system which is works well about 50 of the time. However when I am not received any response or just cant access chat I will start my own conversation by starting a negative review. So please do your research before costing using this company.
